If you'd like to shed some pounds you may want to lessen the amount of calories by reducing your sugar intake for example. If you would like to increase in weight, adding healthier fats coming from foods like nuts would be a choice and increasing your daily calorie intake. Note that it isn‘t a requirement for you to track your calories but it can definitely help to hold you accountable

If you must, take a half an hour nap before your workout if you've had a real long day. Don't take a long nap though because you don't want to be staying up too late at night.

5. Stay motivated! Exercise actually releases feel good chemicals in our brain and makes up feel good and energized so just start and keep your eyes on your fitness goals.

6. Give yourself firm grace; Remember that you‘re just starting to get the hang of things. So, don’t expect to be doing 50 miles easily by next week. At the same time, hold yourself accountable and keep pushing yourself.

7. Don't force yourself to do things that go against your beliefs and nutritional needs; There are so many persons who end up trying things and diets that are honestly not aligned with what they believe and also what their specific body needs. Hold firm to what your body and spirit actually needs.

8. Infuse Proper eating habits. Truth is, you don't need a diet but you do need to be picky in order to allow your exercising to be supported and for the results you receive to be more sustained. There's nothing that works against you more on your fitness journey than doing things that directly contradict or work against your body's progress.
